Join us at Allied Solutions' 2024 National Sales Meeting. This year's meeting will be held from February 19th - 21st at the Westin La Paloma Resort and Spa in Tucson, AZ, where you will have a chance to broaden your knowledge throughout our sessions and time to connect with Allied peers and partners. TRAVEL, LODGING & MEALS
Transportation Arrangements
Arrivals - You MUST arrive by 2:00 PM on Monday if flying into Tucson International Airport (TUS), travel time is 35-45 minutes depending on traffic to The Westin La Paloma. The Welcome Reception/Partner Fair begins at 4:00 PM.
You need to arrange your own ground transportation via Uber, Lyft or a taxi.
Departures - Shuttles will be departing the hotel starting at 10:30 AM.

Please expense transportation and flights back to Allied Solutions under Department 954, Location 500 and Event Code #109.
Partners are responsible for arranging their own transportation.
If you are arriving by vehicle, please note on-site parking is complimentary, valet parking is $29/day.
Lodging - Westin La Paloma Resort & Spa, Tuscon, AZ
Your room reservation will be made based on your preference from the online registration form. Hotel confirmation numbers will be sent to you by email the week prior to the event.
Room, tax & parking from 2/19 - 2/21 will be covered for Allied Solutions employees (Partners will be on their own for all expenses). All other charges to your room will be your own responsibility. If you are planning on coming in early or staying late, the group rate is $245/night (plus taxes). Please let us know of any special requests on your registration form such as an extended stay, however, availability is not guaranteed.

Meals
For Allied employees, all meals will be provided from Monday dinner to Wednesday breakfast. You are expected to be at all group meals, networking with other employees and Partners. Meals outside of these cannot be expensed back to the company.
Partners are invited to join us for all meals.
Please note any food allergies or dietary requirements on the registration form.
Trip Expenses
For all Non-Level A Rep Allied employees, airfare should be charged to the Events department: 954, location: 500 and make sure to choose: event: #109.
Ground transportation, lodging from 2/19 - 2/21, housekeeping and bellmen tips, group meals from Monday dinner - Wednesday breakfast, will all go to the master account and be paid for by Allied Solutions. Any items, meals or activities charged to your room, along with extra room nights, will be a personal expense for you.
