Join us for Allied Solutions' 2025 National Sales Meeting, taking place from February 17-19 at the Chateau Elan Winery and Resort in the picturesque foothills of North Georgia. TRAVEL, LODGING & MEALS

Transportation Arrangements

 

Arrivals - Attendees MUST arrive by 2:00 PM on Monday if flying into Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL), travel time is 60 minutes depending on traffic to The Chateau Elan. The Welcome Reception/Partner Networking Event begins at 4:30 PM.

 

Please arrange your own ground transportation using Uber, Lyft, or a taxi.

 

Departures -  Shuttles will be departing the hotel starting at 11 AM.

 

If you are a Western Region RVP or if you are a part of the Vehicle CRRM/NAM ARM Training on Wednesday, please reach out to your SVP for more information, as you will be required to stay an extra night, checking out on Thursday.

Expense transportation and flights back to Allied Solutions include the following details in "Notes" 2025 NSM/1501 Internal Events.

 

Partners are responsible for arranging their own transportation.

 

If you are arriving by vehicle, please note valet parking is $40/day and self-park is $21/day.

 

Lodging - Chateau Elan Winery & Resort

 

 

Room reservations will be based on your preferences from the online registration form. Hotel confirmation numbers along with additional meeting details will be emailed to you the week before the event.

 

Room, tax & parking from 2/17 - 2/19 will be covered for Allied Solutions employees (Partners will be on their own for all expenses). All other charges to your room will be your own responsibility. If you are planning on coming in early or staying late, the group rate is $249/night (plus taxes). Please let us know of any special requests on your registration form such as an extended stay, however, availability is not guaranteed.

Meals

For Allied employees, all meals will be provided from Monday dinner to Wednesday breakfast. You are expected to be at all group meals, networking with other employees and Partners. Meals outside of these cannot be expensed back to the company.

Partners are invited to join us for all meals.

Trip Expenses

Expense transportation and flights back to Allied Solutions include the following details in "Notes" 2025 NSM/1501 Internal Events.

 

Ground transportation, lodging from 2/17 - 2/19, housekeeping and bellmen tips, group meals from Monday dinner - Wednesday breakfast, will all go to the master account and be paid for by Allied Solutions. Any items, meals or activities charged to your room, along with extra room nights, will be a personal expense for you.
