Travel, Lodging & Meals

Arrival Details

• Plan to arrive by 2:00 PM on Monday, February 16
  • From Dallas Fort Worth (DFW): 35–45 minutes*
  • From Dallas Love Field (DAL): 40–50 minutes*
    • *Traffic Dependent

 

The Welcome Reception & Partner Networking Event kicks off at 4:00 PM.

Ground transportation: Please arrange your own via Uber, Lyft, or taxi.

 

Departure Details

• Shuttles begin departing at 12:00 PM on Wednesday, February 18.
• Western Region RVPs: Contact your SVP for details—your stay extends through Thursday, February 19.

Hotel & Room Reservations

Lodging - Omni PGA Frisco Resort & Spa

Your room reservation will be based on the preferences you provided in your online registration form. Hotel confirmation numbers and additional meeting details will be emailed to you the week prior to the event.

• Coverage:
  Room, tax, and parking from February 16–18 will be covered for Allied Solutions employees.
  (Partners are responsible for all expenses.)

• Additional Nights:
  If you plan to arrive early, the group rate is $349/night (plus taxes). Please indicate any special requests, such as extended stays or room preferences, on your registration form. Availability for extra nights is not guaranteed. The hotel is unfortunately sold out on Wednesday, February 18th, at this time.

• Parking:
  • Valet: $35/day
  • Self-park: $25/day

Meals

• For Allied Employees:
  All meals will be provided from Monday dinner through Wednesday lunch. Attendance at all group meals is expected for networking with employees and partners.
  Meals outside of these scheduled times cannot be expensed.

• For Partners:
  Partners are invited to join us for all scheduled meals.

Please note any food allergies or dietary requirements on your registration form.

Trip Expenses

When expensing transportation and flights back to Allied Solutions, include the following in the Notes field:

The following will be paid by Allied Solutions:

• Ground transportation
• Lodging (Feb 16–18)
• Housekeeping and bellmen tips
• Group meals (Monday dinner through Wednesday breakfast)

Personal expenses:
