Allied Solutions has been named one of America’s Greatest Workplaces in Financial Services by Newsweek. This is the third consecutive year Allied has been included in one of Newsweek’s greatest workplaces lists, further reinforcing its reputation as an employer of choice built on culture, growth and employee experience.
The recognition is based on a comprehensive evaluation of employee feedback and public data, measuring performance across key areas including leadership, compensation, career development, culture and work-life balance.
Ashima Kapur, senior vice president and chief people officer at Allied Solutions, shares more about what this award means to Allied and the company’s approach to supporting employees.
Why do you think Allied Solutions won this award?
A defining element of Allied is its people-first culture, where employees are empowered to grow their careers while making a meaningful impact through their work and in their communities. Our work is guided by teamwork and collaboration, which relies on strong, meaningful relationships at work.

How does culture translate into action?
It starts with a commitment to programs and actions. We foster culture adoption through a values-based recognition program. The recognition program offers both peer-to-peer and manager-nominated recognition opportunities and ties awards to one of our corporate values, encouraging employees to model our values.
We also have an award-winning community engagement strategy that continues to see annual growth. Through Allied’s volunteer time off program and community engagement efforts, employees logged a record-breaking 4,319 volunteer hours last year, demonstrating Allied’s deep commitment to giving back.
What is one program that you truly see employees responding to?
Our employees continue to amaze me in the way they engage with our community impact program. We have built pillars that guide our community investments, which include building financial stability, honoring our heroes, fostering vibrant communities, and empowering our youth. We have regular volunteer events doing everything from building bikes to volunteering at food pantries. And because we know that we cannot support every nonprofit that our 2,000 employees support, we started our volunteer time off program and a grant program. This allows employees to embrace what they are passionate about, whether it is walking dogs at the local humane society or supporting their child’s school.
We also have a long track record of internal mobility, and we’re leaning into developing our current workforce. From adopting an enterprise-wide work style assessment to offering leadership development, coaching and mentorships, we are committed to growing our talent into new roles as our company grows. We welcome new talent and are committed to helping them grow their careers.
What does this mean for employees and the future?
