Allied Solutions published its 2025 Community Impact Report featuring how the teams continue to grow their impact on the community through volunteerism and philanthropy.
Allied Solutions’ commitment to supporting the communities where our employees live and work starts with our business. We offer products that protect assets and support our partners in the event of a natural disaster. We build on that business model by further investing in our local communities by building financial stability, honoring our heroes, fostering vibrant communities, and empowering our youth.
In 2025, we:
- Increased employee volunteer hours by 15%.
- Increased number of employees that used volunteer time off by 21%.
- Planted 400 trees across the country in partnership with the Arbor Day Foundation.
- Provided funding for Allied Solutions Center for the Performing Arts to offer programs for students, seniors, individuals with disabilities and community members to participate in arts experiences.
- Awarded 16 employee service grants to non-profits where employees volunteer their time.
- Increased our engagement to serve veterans in partnership with PenFed Foundation, Helping Veterans and Families (HVAF), the American Red Cross and more.
“On Veterans Day, I joined a group of employees to pack more than 200 care kits for veterans experiencing homelessness,” said Pete Hilger, CEO of Allied Solutions. “This was an especially meaningful project for me as a military veteran. Each year, our teams continue to commit more time and resources to organizations that support growth in the communities where employees live and work.”
