Health & Wellness

Medical Coverage: We offer three medical plans through a nationwide network of providers. Employees can choose from a traditional PPO or two consumer-driven health plans (CDHP) with a health savings account (HSA) that we contribute to every two weeks. These plans also include a preventive prescription program. As an employee group health plan sponsor, Allied Solutions is required to share information regarding the cost of in-network and out-of-network covered medical services under the Transparency in Coverage Rule. Those details may be accessed at here. At the Anthem website, you will need to enter Allied's EIN, 35-2125376, to search for our specific network arrangements.


Paid family leave: We provide company paid family leave allowing eligible employees the opportunity to take up to two weeks of paid time off for approved medical leave.


Flexible Spending Plans: We provide a healthcare flexible spending account (FSA) for our employees to use on eligible healthcare expenses. A dependent care plan (DCP) option is also available to use towards daycare, after-school care and elder care expenses.


Dental & Vision Coverage: We offer dental and vision plans. Our vision plan is through one of the nation’s largest vision carriers.


Employee Assistance Program (EAP): We offer this program to all employees, their household members, and dependents as a quick and easy way to access confidential support, counseling or guidance. This service provides assistance on anything from finding a daycare to dealing with other life challenges.

401(k) with Matching Company Contributions: We offer Pre-Tax 401(k) and Roth 401(k) programs to our employees and match a percentage of employees’ contributions. Generous Paid Time Off (PTO): We offer immediate accrual of PTO for new employees, which can be used after the first 90 days.


Paid Holidays: We offer nine paid holidays off to our employees, which includes a floating holiday. All full-time and part-time employees (averaging 30-39 hours weekly) are eligible for eight hours of paid volunteer time off within each calendar year, available immediately upon hire.
