Medical Coverage: We offer three medical plans through a nationwide network of providers. Employees can choose from a traditional PPO or two Consumer-Driven Health Plan (CDHP) options with a Health Savings Account (HSA) that we contribute to every two weeks. These plans also include a preventive Rx program.
Flexible Spending Plans: We provide a Healthcare Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for our employees to use on eligible healthcare expenses. A Dependent Care Plan (DCP) option is also available to use towards daycare, after-school care and elder care expenses.
Dental & Vision Coverage: We offer dental and vision plans. Our vision plan is through one of the nation’s largest vision carriers.
401(k) with Matching Company Contributions: We offer Pre-Tax 401(k) and Roth 401(k) programs to our employees and match a percentage of employees’ contributions. The retirement programs are through Securian, which enables us to offer first-rate programs with a strong investment portfolio and easy-to-use educational tools that can help employees plan for life after work.
Allied Achievement Award: We offer a company bonus to recognize our employees’ contributions and share the company’s success with our team. The award is determined annually and is based on the company’s revenue and earnings.

Identity Theft Protection: We provide a fully managed recovery protection package that employees can enroll in at no cost. This protection covers our employees and their immediate family members. Employees can add service features to the standard program for an additional monthly cost.
