Doug Falvey

Executive Vice President, Enablement

As executive vice president, enablement, Doug oversees the enablement organization at Allied Solutions which includes risk management operations (RMO) and the enterprise technology group (ETG). The enablement division centers teams collaboratively to deliver effective operational and service functions, while leveraging technology resources to support our products.

 

Experience

Doug joined Allied Solutions in 2017 as vice president, loan servicing product division (LSPD), and in 2019, he was promoted to senior vice president, LSPD. Following his promotion, Doug unified multiple departments under the RMO division. He most recently served as the executive vice president, risk management operations, where he completed the Risk Management Modernization initiative to transform operations for scalable, product-centric outcomes. Doug has also overseen the launch and operationalization of two new risk management products, RefundPlus and Asset Recovery Management. 

 

Education

Doug earned a bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership from Northern Kentucky University.
