What is the dress code?
The dress code for the entire meeting will be nice casual. We recommend dressing in layers because meeting rooms may not always be the exact temperature that you like.
How are trip expenses to be managed?
For all Non-Level A Rep Allied employees, airfare should get charged to: 1501 Internal Events RVP Meeting. Please make a note of this in the "Notes" section in Concur. Ground transportation, lodging from 9/23 - 9/25, housekeeping and bellmen tips, group meals from Monday dinner - Wednesday breakfast, will all go to the master account and be paid for by Allied Solutions. Any items, meals or activities charged to your room, along with extra room nights, will be a personal expense for you.
