This year’s Fall Field Meetings will take place at the Hotel Carmichael in Carmel, IN, uniting peers and Partners under the theme Momentum through Innovation. Together, we’ll focus on fresh strategies, collaborative thinking, and forward-looking solutions to drive growth.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Engage in impactful discussions that spark innovation.

  • Build meaningful connections with colleagues and sponsoring Partners.

  • Share and discover new ideas to inspire clients and accelerate success.

Flight Booking Instructions

Please book your flights no later than Wednesday, September 10th.

  • For all non–Level A reps, airfare should be charged to 1501 Internal Events: Fall Field Meetings (RVP, CDM, or AEs). Be sure to include this in the Notes section of Oracle.

Arrival & Departure Guidelines

  • RVPs: Arrive by 4:00 PM, Monday, October 6 | Depart the morning of Wednesday, October 8

  • CDMs: Arrive by 4:00 PM, Wednesday, October 8 | Depart after 10:00 AM, Friday, October 10

  • Account Executives: Arrive by 5:00 PM, Wednesday, October 8 | Depart after 12:00 PM, Friday, October 10
