Travel & Ground Transportation
Arrival Guidelines
Please plan your arrival based on the following schedule:
- RVP Meeting – Arrive to the hotel by 4:00 PM on Monday, October 6
- CDM Meeting – Arrive to the hotel by 4:00 PM on Wednesday, October 8
- Field Service Summit – Arrive to the hotel by 5:00 PM on Wednesday, October 8
Upon arrival at Indianapolis International Airport, please arrange your own ground transportation via Uber, Lyft, or taxi. These expenses should be submitted under 1501 Internal Events / Fall Field Meetings (RVP, CDM, or AE)
The drive to the venue is approximately 35–40 minutes.
Please ensure your flight allows you to attend the Welcome Reception with Partners, which begins at 4:30 PM on both Monday (RVP Meeting) and Wednesday (CDM Meeting).
Departure Guidelines
- RVP Meeting – Depart anytime Wednesday morning, October 8
- CDM Meeting – Depart after 10:00 AM on Friday, October 10
- Field Service Summit – Depart after 12:00 PM on Friday, October 10
Group transportation to the airport will be provided. Departure times will be included in your confirmation details.
For all Non-Level A representatives, airfare and arrival transportation expenses should be charged to: 1501 Internal Events / Fall Field Meetings (RVP, CDM, or Field Service Summit)
Partner Transportation
Partners are responsible for their own transportation.
We recommend using Uber, Lyft, or a taxi for travel to and from the airport.
