We will have a hospitality desk open every day in the foyer if you have any questions or concerns during the day.

Details

Hotel Rooms & Reservations

For Allied and Partner Attendees, hotel reservations will be made on your behalf based on the selections you make during registration. Confirmation numbers will be emailed to you the week prior to the event.

For Allied Solutions employees, room, tax, and parking will be covered for the following dates:

  • RVP Meeting: October 6–8

  • CDM Meeting & Field Service Summit: October 8–10

Partners are responsible for their own hotel expenses.

Please note:

  • Any additional charges to your room (beyond room, tax, and parking) will be your responsibility.

  • If you plan to arrive early or extend your stay, the group rate of $279/night will apply and will be a personal expense.

  • Special requests (such as extended stays) can be noted on your registration form; however, availability cannot be guaranteed.

Meals & Networking

For Allied employees, all meals will be provided as follows:

  • RVP Meeting: Monday dinner through Wednesday breakfast

  • CDM Meeting & Field Service Summit: Wednesday dinner through Friday breakfast

Attendance at all group meals is expected, as these are important opportunities to network with fellow employees and Partners. Meals outside of this schedule will not be reimbursed. Partners are invited to join for all meals.

Please indicate any food allergies or dietary requirements on your registration form.

Dress code

Casual attire is appropriate. We recommend dressing in layers as the meeting rooms may not always be at your desired temperature.


Expense Guidelines

For all non–Level A Rep Allied employees, airfare should be charged to:
1501 Internal Events – Fall Field Meeting (be sure to note RVP, CDM, or Field Service Summit). Please include this in the Notes section of Oracle.

The following expenses will be charged to the master account and covered by Allied Solutions:

  • Group transportation back to IND on Wednesday and Friday

  • Hotel lodging (October 6–10, based on your role’s meeting dates)

  • Housekeeping and bellman tips

  • Group meals:

    • RVP Meeting: Monday dinner through Wednesday breakfast

    • CDM Meeting & Field Service Summit: Wednesday dinner through Friday breakfast

Any additional items, meals, activities, or extra room nights charged to your room will be considered a personal expense.
