This year’s Fall Field Meetings will take place at the Hotel Carmichael in Carmel, IN, uniting peers and Partners under the theme Momentum through Innovation. Together, we’ll focus on fresh strategies, collaborative thinking, and forward-looking solutions to drive growth.

Flight Booking Instructions for Allied Attendees:

Please book your flights no later than Wednesday, September 10th.

For all non–Level A reps, airfare should be charged to 1501 Internal Events: Fall Field Meetings (RVP, CDM, or Field Service Summit). Be sure to include this in the Notes section of Oracle.

Arrival & Departure Guidelines

RVP Meeting: Arrive to the hotel by 4:00 PM, Monday, October 6 | Depart the morning of Wednesday, October 8
CDM Meeting: Arrive to the hotel by 4:00 PM, Wednesday, October 8 | Depart after 10:00 AM, Friday, October 10
Field Service Summit: Arrive to the hotel by 5:00 PM, Wednesday, October 8 | Depart after 12:00 PM, Friday, October 10
