Allied Ramping Up Resources to Help Clients Impacted by Hurricane Michael and Florence
Carmel, IN – Hurricane Michael tore through Florida with sustained winds of 129 mph on October 10th. This soon after Hurricane Florence, peaked as a Category 4 hurricane with sustained winds of 140 mph, made landfall as a Category 1 hurricane September 14th over Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina.
In anticipation of newly impacted hurricane catastrophe areas, Allied Solutions has increased resources to help those affected. Allied’s dedicated catastrophe team has expanded servicing hours to 8am-7pm EST to ensure our clients and their consumers have the support they need as events continue to unfold.
Pete Hilger, CEO and President at Allied Solutions states, “The impact of both hurricanes is devastating, at this time Allied has significantly increased resource and streamlined internal processes to accommodate every request and pay claims as quickly as possible. Our thoughts and prayers are with all those that have been affected.”
Allied has deployed a specialized team of experienced adjusters in our Plano, TX office location to service both clients and their consumers, and a dedicated catastrophe helpline 1-888-857-2012 has been put in place to ensure claim reporting is quick and easy for clients who have been affected by the destruction.
