Company History

Allied Solutions was formed in January, 2001, as a result of an equal merger between the Eldredge Corporation and FLS Services, Inc. Both companies had a long history of collaborating on mutual projects through a group they formed and named the Financial Services Group (FSG). The group used its combined clout with large underwriters in the insurance industry in order to offer competitive programs to its financial institution clients. Now one of the nation's largest providers of financial services to financial institutions, Allied Solutions is thriving today with more than 3,700 clients and a team of 750 employees. A strong commitment to providing quality products supported by exceptional service is what their business was founded on, and is what still drives the company today.
