Product and Services Solution Center (PSSC)

Allied Solutions provides a team of operators dedicated to providing assistance both via Live Support on iQQ® and via the telephone. Providing answers to questions, both large and small, is the key mission of this group of product experts.

As an additional support to our clients, the PSSC provides monthly product training sessions via WebEx, covering basic product knowledge on GAP and MBP as well as iQQ®. Excellent for new hires or as a refresher course, the PSSC provides information using the most current enhancements to both the products and the iQQ® delivery system. Training schedules are published in advance and can be attended as often as desired.
