Medical Coverage: We offer three medical plan options within a nationwide network of providers.  Employees can choose from a traditional PPO or two Consumer-Driven Health Plan (CDHP) options with a Health Savings Account (HSA). 

Dental & Vision Coverage:  We offer stand-alone elections for our dental and vision plans.   Our vision plan is through the Nation’s largest vision carrier Vision Service Plan (VSP).

Flexible Benefit Plans: We offer a Healthcare Flexible Spending Account option for employees to use on eligible expenses.  A  Dependent Care Plan option is also available to use towards daycare, after-school care and/or elder care expenses.

401k with Matching Company Contributions: We match a percentage of the employee’s contribution. Our generous retirement program is through Securian and enables us to offer a first-rate program with easy to use educational tools which can help plan for life after work.

Life/Accident Insurance: We provide Group Life Insurance, Accidental Death and Dismemberment, Short Term Disability, and Long Term Disability at no cost to the employee.

Voluntary/Supplemental Coverage: We offer employees the opportunity to purchase additional Voluntary Life coverage for a spouse, dependent children, or self.  Critical Illness coverage and Accident coverage are also available to employees.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP): We offer this program to all company employees, their household members, and dependents as a quick and easy way to access resources when confidential support or guidance is needed.

Identity Theft Protection: We offer a fully managed recovery protection package at no cost to employees which will cover employees and immediate family members. Employees are able to add service features to the standard program for an additional monthly cost.
